Vacature Customer Advisor (Dutch & French) – Fully Remote

Are you ready to take your career in a fresh direction? Our Partner WorkNomads is looking for Dutch & French-speaking Customer Advisors to cover our Western European night shift. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while supporting our customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers via phone and email across multiple projects during the night shift.
• Represent the brands with professionalism and energy.
• Manage administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
• Work with customers to find the best solutions for their needs.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their cases via email and outbound calls.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch & French (written and spoken).
• Passion for helping people and solving problems.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
• No prior experience? No problem! Full training is provided.
