Key Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Specialist
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing accounts payable administration for SD Guthrie International Zwijndrecht Refinery BV, SD Guthrie International Europe BV, and SD Guthrie International Special Ingredients BV. Your main tasks will include:

• Invoice processing in the SAP system
• Monitoring and resolving aged accounts payable reports
• Managing payment runs and processing manual payments (Customs, Tax Authorities)
• Ensuring smooth invoice flow and authorizations
• Controlling outgoing clearing accounts
• Driving efficiency in the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Supporting audits and compliance checks
• Performing intercompany reconciliations (non-raw material creditors)
• Executing hedging activities on an ad-hoc basis
• Handling additional finance-related tasks as required

What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with the following qualifications and skills:

• MBO+ level of education and analytical thinking
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles
• Extensive experience with SAP
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
• Key competencies: independent, proactive, accurate, committed, and analytical
