ABOUT US

Koole is a dynamic company consisting of three divisions with different specializations and worldwide projects in the industrial, maritime and offshore sectors. Our activities include the complete demolition and dismantling of factories and installations, as well as the salvage and decommissioning of maritime vessels and objects.

Thanks to our pragmatic and hands-on mentality, the company has been growing strongly for many years. To support this growth, we are looking for a new colleague.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Would you like to work on large industrial projects and learn how factories, installations and ships are dismantled?

At Koole Onshore, we are looking for motivated people who want to learn the trade. Experience is not required. If you are motivated and enjoy working outdoors, we will teach you the rest.

You will start on the work floor and learn different types of activities, such as working with machines, industrial cleaning, demolition work, logistics and specialized project work.

At Koole you can grow into positions such as machine operator, foreman, specialist or project manager.

Sky is the limit — as long as you show motivation and commitment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

You will work on different industrial projects, including:

• Dismantling factories and installations
• Industrial cleaning
• Working with machines and equipment
• Assisting machine operators and specialists
• Logistics and preparation work on projects

No two days are the same and you will work together with a team of experienced colleagues.

SKILLS

We mainly look for motivation and commitment.

• You are a hands-on person
• You enjoy working outdoors and with machines
• You are eager to learn new things
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• A Category B driver's license is a plus

Experience is not required. Many of our colleagues started their careers with us in the same way.
