Ben jij klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging in de logistiek? Als Area Responsible Evening bij JYSK in Lelystad ondersteun je de teamleider en help je mee aan de efficiënte werking van het distributieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de avondploeg en het waarborgen dat de gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd. Deze fulltime functie biedt een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 3481 en € 3728 per maand, plus een 50% ploegentoeslag voor uren gewerkt tussen 21:00 en 00:00. Werk van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een vast team en draag bij aan de opbouw van het moderne distributiecentrum dat in 2027 wordt geopend.

Welcome to JYSK!

JYSK is a rapidly expanding retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this growth logistically, the 10th distribution center is being built in Lelystad. Construction is in full swing, and we expect the distribution center to be operational by early 2027. But of course, that doesn’t mean we’re sitting still until then! Currently, a lot of work is being done in our temporary distribution center to ensure a smooth transition to the new facility.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As an Area Responsible you are the right hand of the team leader. You are experienced in the department and can work independent and efficient. What we expect more from you as an area responsible besides the daily tasks on your department:

• You suggest efficiency improvements in workflow and processes and discuss this with your team leader;
• Together with the team leader, you coordinate the employees in daily tasks;
• Replace team leader when absent;
• Secure that health & safety regulations are followed.

• Shift: Evening shift
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 15:00-00:00
• Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Hourly wage: €16.91-€18.11
• 50% shift allowance for hours worked between 21:00 - 00:00

• Good communicative skills to motivate the team in English and/or Dutch;
• Are a good helpful colleague and contribute positively to the team
• Go the extra mile for getting the job done in busy times
• You are experiences in inbound department and work independent and efficient;
