Ben jij klaar om als Area Responsible Morning aan de slag te gaan bij het dynamische JYSK in Lelystad? In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de teamleider en verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van workflows en processen in de ochtendploeg. Werk nauw samen met je teamleider om de dagelijkse taken te coördineren en vervang de teamleider indien nodig. Je werkt fulltime in een stabiele organisatie met vaste ochtenddiensten van maandag tot en met vrijdag, met werktijden van 06:00 tot 15:00 uur. Geniet van een aantrekkelijk salaris variërend van € 2933 tot € 3139 per maand.

Welcome to JYSK!

JYSK is a rapidly expanding retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this growth logistically, the 10th distribution center is being built in Lelystad. Construction is in full swing, and we expect the distribution center to be operational by early 2027. But of course, that doesn’t mean we’re sitting still until then! Currently, a lot of work is being done in our temporary distribution center to ensure a smooth transition to the new facility.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As an Area Responsible you are the right hand of the team leader. You are experienced in the department and can work independent and efficient. What we expect more from you as an area responsible besides the daily tasks on your department:

• You suggest efficiency improvements in workflow and processes and discuss this with your team leader;
• Together with the team leader, you coordinate the employees in daily tasks;
• Replace team leader when absent;
• Secure that health & safety regulations are followed.

• Shift: Morning shift
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 06:00-15:00
• Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Hourly wage: €16.91-€18.11
