We are looking for a teacher of MYP Art and Design who want to stimulate student's creativity and natural curiosity. Join our Arts and Design Department. International School Hilversum (ISH) is a warm, friendly and established school where we create a home away from home for expats and repats from all over the world.

You will join the Visual Arts Department and teach students from different year groups in the International Baccalaureate Programme.
You are responsible, with your colleagues, for designing the curriculum.
The team is experienced and well established and you will receive guidance and support. We are particularly interested in candidates that want to join the school and get involved for example as a mentor, the Duke of Edinburgh International award, student clubs and more.

• You have a recognised (DUO bevoegd) teaching qualification.
• You have a Visual Arts/Design qualification or in related field.
• You have experience in teaching Art (and Design) at secondary school.
• You have experience with teaching in the IB MYP.
• You have a multidisciplinary interest(s) and would be keen to get involved in school life beyond just your lessons.
• You live in the Netherlands and have a work visa or European/NL passport.

Salary will depend on your background and experience in accordance with the Dutch CAO-VO. This includes benefits like a year-end bonus and travel allowance.

We cannot offer international relocation costs or housing.
