Assistant Floor manager

We are looking for an assistant floor manager for our food stands in the food hall of Eindhoven!

• As a manager at House of Dumplings, Crepe Town and Bombay Street Food, you manage our team.
• You enjoy working in the kitchen, you keep an overview and ensure a pleasant working environment.
• You enjoy teaching people our profession and empowering colleagues.  As a manager, you have a great responsibility.
• You are of course responsible for personnel policy. You are familiar with tasks such as making schedules, orders, HACCP and job interviews.
• You also keep a close eye on the achievement of the objectives of our food stands.
• We are looking for a manager who is motivated and professional.
• You do all common tasks such as: Overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling and coordination.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Drawing up staff rosters, job applications and training new staff Work on the development of new menu items and actively participate in marketing and promotional efforts.

Who are you?

• You have demonstrable catering experience and leadership skills.
• Work experience in a managerial role is an advantage
• You are flexible in working with a varying schedule and are also available on weekends
• You are stress-resistant, independent, a team player and good at communicating
• You are positive, and enthusiastic and know how to get going.
