Vacature Beach butler

MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Welcome guests warmly, set up their beach arrangements to their preferences, and offer personalized recommendations for activities, dining, and events. Promptly take and serve food and drinks with accuracy and quality, while regularly checking in to anticipate guests' needs. Keep the beach area clean and organized while ensuring all equipment and amenities are available and in top condition. Coordinate and set up private events or activities while serving as a liaison between guests and resort departments for special requests. Ensure guest safety by monitoring activities, offering assistance in emergencies, and providing guidance on resort and water safety policies. Maintain professionalism and attentiveness to uphold resort standards, addressing guest feedback gracefully and escalating issues as needed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Fluent in English and Dutch, additional languages is a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
