MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences with personalized service. Provide accurate information about resort facilities and local attractions, anticipate guest needs, and deliver amenities or special requests with care. Drive guests safely for airport transfers, excursions, and activities while maintaining resort vehicles and golf carts in pristine condition. Keep entrance and bell area organized and welcoming, support guest activities and events, and coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest belongings with discretion, follow resort safety and security procedures, and maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a Bellman Fluent in English and Dutch, additional languages are a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
