Do you have knowledge of welding techniques and are you looking for a varied job in the Rotterdam region? Then you are the Container Mechanic we are looking for for our Technical Department in Europoort. In this position, your responsibilities include maintaining and repairing our containers. We are looking for someone who is accurate, knows how to get to work and wants to keep developing.

Europoort is part of our Technical Department. This is where we handle, repair and check all our containers. Together with the team, you keep yourself occupied with various techniques, such as welding, sawing, drilling and grinding. The focus is on bodywork work on containers. You will also perform technical maintenance on the heating and cooling installations connected to our equipment. You will work in two shifts. Every other week, you will work the morning shift and the afternoon/evening shift. You will work in a fixed schedule with a fixed team.

Your profile

• Knowledge of welding techniques or willing to learn this
• Knowledge of various technical materials is an advantage
• Willing to work two shifts (06:00 - 14:45 and 14:45 - 23:15)
• In possession of a driving licence B
