About the role
Just Brands is expanding into the UK & Ireland, and we’re looking for a Country Manager to build, grow, and lead our B2B business in this exciting new chapter.This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership role. You’ll be responsible for developing the market from the ground up: shaping the local strategy, building strong retail partnerships, growing sales, and leading a high-performing team — all while being a true ambassador of our brands.

What you’ll be doing
Sales strategy & business growth- Define and execute the B2B strategy for the UK & Ireland
- Identify new sales channels, partners, and growth opportunities
- Set sales targets by channel, region, and order type
- Drive pre-order and in-season performance
- Build long-term relationships with key retailers, buying groups, and partners
- Lead annual negotiations, contracts, and performance reviews
- Run showroom appointments and product presentations
- Ensure strong stock management, replenishment, and return processes
- Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning
- Monitor performance against targets and manage business investments
- Oversee Shop-in-Shop furniture and local market spend
- Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour
- Deliver clear monthly and seasonal performance reporting
- Work closely with merchandising and HQ teams on insights and forecasting
- Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, events, and industry moments
- Align local marketing initiatives with HQ to strengthen brand presence
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local sales team
- Recruit, coach, and performance-manage team members
- Create a strong, collaborative, and results-driven culture
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of commercial experience in B2B fashion or retail (premium brands preferred)
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong background in sales strategy, key account management, and negotiations
- Proven ability to build a market and grow a business
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, and hands-on
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with HQ
