Who are we looking for?

At Difuzed, we believe in creating products responsibly while fostering positive social and environmental impact. We aim to drive ethical practices across our supply chain and sustainability initiatives.

We are looking for a dedicated CSR specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring compliance and supporting our sustainability roadmap.

We’re on the right way, but far from there yet!

What are your Key responsibilities?

• Social and Ethical Compliance:Conduct assessments to ensure factories comply with ethical and social standards, including labour rights, workplace safety, and fair practices.
  Collaborate with factory partners to address non-compliance issues, implement corrective action plans, and track improvements.
  Stay updated on global compliance standards, such as SA8000, BSCI, HIGG, and SMETA, and ensure alignment.
  
• Product Compliance:Oversee that products meet our standards, including RSL (Restricted Substances List) and GRS (Global Recycled Standard).
  Coordinate testing and certification processes with third-party organizations (and laboratories) in coordination with our buying teams.
  Maintain accurate documentation and records for certifications and compliance reports through our compliance system (in PLM).
  
• Collaboration and Training:Work closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to build awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  Develop training materials and workshops to enhance compliance capabilities among stakeholders.
  
• Support Sustainability Roadmap:Act as a key contributor to sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance efforts align with the company’s broader environmental and social goals.
  Identify opportunities to enhance responsible sourcing and production practices through innovative compliance solutions.
  

Our ideal candidate has the following profile!

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CSR, compliance auditing, or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or merchandising sector.
• Basic familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX) and product certifications (e.g., RSL, BCI, GRS, GOTS).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; used to work in SAP and PLM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices.
