THE POSITION
As a Financial Administrative Employee, you independently manage assigned financial administrations. You ensure that transactions are processed correctly, completely and on time, and you support reporting and month-end and year-end closing activities.

You also perform checks, investigate discrepancies and contribute to improving financial processes.

YOUR ROLE AREA AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Managing assigned financial administrations.

·Processing and checking purchase and sales invoices.

·Monitoring creditors, debtors and outstanding items.

·Checking payment runs and following up on receivables.

·Processing and reconciling bank transactions.

·Performing general ledger, balance sheet and suspense account reconciliations.

·Preparing and checking VAT returns.

·Managing the fixed asset register.

·Supporting month-end and year-end closing.

·Preparing financial information for reporting and audit purposes.

·Identifying improvements in financial processes and systems.

WHAT DO WE ASK?
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to strengthen our team. You are that pleasant colleague with:

·MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in financial administration.

·Experience in independently managing financial administrations.

·Knowledge of VAT, general ledger accounting, debtors, creditors and fixed assets.

·Experience with reconciliations, checks and closing activities.

·Good command of Dutch and English.

·Strong accuracy, responsibility and organisational skills.

·Experience with ERP or accounting systems. Knowledge of Navision, Speedbooks or RPA is an advantage.

·A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
