For our operations department we are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Inbound & Inventory for our great team. Do you have the 2 years of required and proven work experience and good knowledge of automation (SAP, ERP, WMS, MS Office). OPERATIONALRESPONSIBILITY

The Head of Inbound & Inventory:

· Is responsible for warehouse processes such as: receipt, control, putting away, rework, returns, transport planning, intercompany flows, stock accuracy, inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory audits.

· Ensures the timely preparation of the personnel planning and organizes capacity through proper coordination with third parties.

· Is (partly) responsible for the continuous optimization of the warehouse processes.

· Is responsible for the correct receipt of the goods from the suppliers.

· Actively participates in logistics projects.

· Generates reports on inbound performance and inventory accuracy.

· Is (partly) responsible for complying with all safety procedures and guidelines in the warehouse.

· Is (co)responsible for the safety and maintenance of the internal transport material.

· Tracks employee working hours, attendance, and monitors performance based on KPIs.

· Standardizes processes and proposes improvements for accuracy and speed.

· Resolves delivery and stock discrepancies, including damages, cycle counts, and inventory audits.

· Collaborates on space planning, slotting strategies, and replenishment logic.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Head of Inbound & Inventory shall ensure:

· Guiding, motivating and stimulating the employees in fulfilling their tasks and (let) new employees get trained.

· Developing the employees in order to increase employee satisfaction.

· Conducting progress and assessment interviews with the employees.

· Conducting structural consultations and discussing operational matters and relevant developments.

· Implementing an active absenteeism policy within the departments.

· Identifying or making recommendations for the expansion of the team and/or the necessary support or replacement of employees.

· Support cross-department collaboration.

· Monitoring compliance with procedures and guidelines.

5. Managerial experience

6. Interest in wildlife is a plus
