ICT Support Assistant

International School Hilversum is seeking a dedicated ICT Support Assistant who is always willing to help, no matter how big or small the problem. You consistently apply a customer service attitude, and you are patient and friendly. If you want to work in a school with students aged 4 to 18 from all over the world, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Purpose:

Provide daily technical support for laptop, sound, and screen issues for staff and students. This includes assistance via phone, Teams, or in-person visits. Our school primarily uses MacBooks, so experience with MacBooks or a willingness to learn is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detect, diagnose, and resolve laptop, printing, and peripheral device problems.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance
• Set up and ensure proper functioning of ICT equipment (laptops, PCs, AV resources, interactive whiteboards).
• Assist in rolling out new hardware/software using established processes.
• Support the implementation of MIS solutions.
• Assist with account administration (Active Directory, Laptop repairs and Topdesk).
• Support classroom teachers and students

• Depending on experience and qualifications the salary is on CAO VO OOP Scale 4: 2413 – 3126 gross per month.
