Do you get energy from customer contact, making quotations, solving questions and making sure orders run smoothly? Are you service oriented and commercial minded? Do you speak fluent German? Then we have a varied role for you in our DACH team!
As an Inside Sales Representative DACH, you are the contact person for customers from German-speaking countries. Not only will you help them find the right AED or resuscitation manikin, but you will also manage the entire sales process – from quotation to delivery and after-sales service. Do customers have questions about their order or does something go wrong with the delivery? You take care of it! You also play an important role in the after sales of our service contracts; you answer questions about maintenance, schedule service appointments and ensure that everything is properly followed up.
In short: as an Inside Sales Representative you ensure that our customers are not only satisfied at the time of purchase, but that they can also count on us afterwards.

Since September 2024 we have been part of the Safe Life group. This group of companies with Swedish roots is rapidly expanding worldwide. Currently, Safe Life consists of about 30 companies spread across Europe and North America.
What will you be doing?
In this varied position, you combine commercial insight with customer-oriented service and administrative precision. You maintain daily contact with customers in the DACH region: you give advice, prepare quotations, process orders and follow everything up meticulously. You ensure that customer information is always up to date in our systems, and you think along in solving any logistical or technical questions.
An important part of your work focuses on service contracts. Customers can enter into a service contract when purchasing an AED. You answer their questions about this and ensure that the associated maintenance is properly scheduled and monitored. In doing so, you work closely with our Service Center.
In addition, you actively think along about how we can increase our market share in German-speaking countries. You will follow up on leads, identify commercial opportunities and work with marketing on our online visibility. With your knowledge of the German market and customer orientation, you will really make a difference!

What do we expect from you?
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- You speak and write fluent German and have a good command of the English language
- You have experience with sales and/or commercial administration
- You are independent, structured and customer-oriented
- You have a proactive attitude and commercial drive
- You can switch well between different activities and enjoy working in a team
