As a Junior Business Analyst at Vidua, you'll help shape the future of digital identity by supporting innovative projects, ensuring compliance and helping customers implement secure, scalable digital solutions.

As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP), we comply with the highest standards established by the Dutch government and the European Union. Our mission is to eliminate paperwork and make digital transactions as trustworthy as possible.

Our innovative platform Vidua enables secure digital identity verification and electronic document signing. Our solutions are used across multiple sectors, including housing, financial services, healthcare, government and international trade.

Every day we issue more than 500 digital identity wallets through a highly secure onboarding process recognized by the European Union at the highest assurance level. These wallets allow users to securely log in, sign contracts electronically and verify their identity online.

Your role as a Junior Business Analyst

As part of our Compliance & Consultancy Team, you'll play an important role in both our customers' digital transformation and Cleverbase's compliance activities.

You'll help organizations and business ecosystems design secure, scalable and future-proof processes. You'll translate complex European legislation into practical business solutions while supporting the continued growth of our services.

Maintaining our status as a Qualified Trust Service Provider requires continuous compliance with international regulations and industry standards. As part of the Compliance & Consultancy Team, you'll help monitor, improve and safeguard Cleverbase's compliance framework.

What will you do?

• Analyze customer requirements, business processes and value chains.
• Translate European legislation into practical business solutions.
• Support project managers during implementation and integration projects.
• Collaborate with cryptographers, legal experts and solution architects on innovative digital identity and trust services.
• Contribute to national and international research projects and pilots related to eIDAS 2.0.
• Monitor and improve Cleverbase's compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Identify legislative developments and assess their impact on our services.
• Help optimize internal processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Who are you?

You're analytical, eager to learn and enjoy solving complex business challenges. You have an interest in technology, digital innovation and regulatory compliance, and you're motivated to make a real impact.

You also bring:

• A completed (or nearly completed) Master's degree in, for example:Information Management
  Public Administration
  Engineering Management
  Law
  Economics
  Or a comparable academic discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive and curious mindset.
• An interest in innovation, compliance and digital transformation.
