Do you already have some hands-on IT experience through an internship, part-time job, or personal projects, and are you ready to make your mark in the field? Great — then we have the perfect place for you to grow, learn, and make an impact.

You’ll be joining an incredibly fun and dedicated team within our organisation. Although we don’t yet have a full on-site IT team, you will receive professional guidance and support from our UK-based IT department. This means you’ll be the main point of contact at our location, while still getting the coaching you need to keep developing your skills.

What will you be doing?

You are the first point of contact for colleagues in the office and make sure their workday runs smoothly. Every day, you learn new skills, take on real responsibility, and receive support from the UK whenever needed.

Your daily impact includes:
• IT support that truly makes a difference: You solve issues and keep systems up and running.
• User onboarding: You ensure new colleagues get off to a great start.
• Hardware & devices: Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Laptop builds: Configuring new equipment according to our standards.
• IT inventory: Keeping our hardware organised and up to date.
• Warehouse support: Maintaining Zebra printers and handheld terminals.
• Software support: Windows 11, Office, Adobe — and more.
• Learning by doing: You learn on the job and collaborate closely with our engineers in the UK.

What do you bring?

You have:
✓ Some hands-on IT experience (internship, part-time job, or personal projects).
✓ An interest in hardware, Windows, networking, and everything related to it.
✓ Strong communication skills — you make IT understandable.
✓ A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
✓ Team spirit, independence, and a sense of responsibility (you are thelocal IT face).
✓ Fluency in Dutch and sufficient English to communicate effectively with the UK.
✓ You don’t have to be an expert yet — just someone who wants to become one.
