About the Role

The role will be responsible for managing the entire front end from product research to store management. As Marketing Manager,  they will make sure that the entire Marketing team is being managed and that processes are being optimized. Together with the CEO & COO, they will think of new strategies to grow business and marketing operations.

We are looking for a young A-player with e-commerce knowledge who are super motivated, enjoy working in a young team and are extremely driven to achieve great results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing team
• Set up and maintain KPIs for your team
• Determine and optimize marketing strategy
• Record and improve marketing processes
• Manage Shopify stores and track results
• Support and train media buyers
• Designing and optimizing marketing funnels
• Planning marketing content

Qualifications:

• Netherlands - based
• 1+ year experience as marketing or e-commerce store manager or related roles
• Previous experience in managing a Marketing team
• Experience with managing ecommerce store(s)
• Experience in Social Media/Google ads
• Experience in building Shopify store
• HBO denkniveau
