32–40 hours per week, in a fixed shift of your choice: morning/afternoon (06:00 – 14:30) or afternoon/evening (14:30 – 22:30).

What will you do?

As an Operator, you will work together with your colleagues in the Operations department to ensure that shrimp production runs safely, productively, and efficiently. Your tasks include:

• Setting up, converting, adjusting, and operating packaging machines and related equipment;
• Carrying out various quality and process checks;
• Cleaning machines according to hygiene and safety regulations;
• Monitoring product traceability;
• Contributing to the overall safety and hygiene of our products.

What are we looking for?

As an Operator at Klaas Puul, it is important that you can think in a process-oriented and solution-focused way. You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. In addition, we expect:

• A completed technical MBO-level education (preferably VAPRO);
• Experience in a similar technical role; experience in the food industry is a plus;
• Good teamwork skills, but also the ability to work independently;
• Good spoken and written English skills; Dutch is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of food safety and familiarity with guidelines on food fraud and food defense, or the willingness to learn more about these topics.

• A salary between €2,700 and €3,400 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on your experience;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting distances over 10 km;
