At Janus Vaten BV, a family-run business with over 150 years of experience, we specialize in the production, sale, and reconditioning of steel and plastic packaging. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our production department for new steel packaging and are looking for a skilled Process Operator to join our team.

Your Role as a Process Operator:
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our production line. Your main task will be to set up and adjust machines for the daily production of tops, bottoms, and bodies. Precision is key—you'll need to make sure that the machines are calibrated according to exact specifications. Working closely with a team of operators, you’ll also be responsible for timely product changeovers to meet production schedules and quality standards.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of around 10 colleagues, including operators, production staff, a team leader, and an assistant. Together, you’ll create a reliable stock of components and assemble high-quality finished products. Plus, you'll have the chance to help optimize our processes and be part of continuous improvements.

We’re also automating a production line, so if you’re interested in automation, we’d love to explore those opportunities with you.
