Project Coördinator

The Project Coördinator is responsible for the organization, planning, and execution of all technical and facility projects within the resort. Join our team in a collaborative and dynamic environment!

MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor technical, facilities, and IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Set priorities, develop project schedules, and monitor progress, quality, and deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate external suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Provide support with maintenance work and ensure proper planning, preparation, and follow-up.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, style, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate larger IT projects and act as the liaison between IT, Operations, and external partners.
• Manage project administration, quotations, budgets, and management reports.
• Serve as the central communication hub for all departments requiring technical or facilities support.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education in Facility Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a coordinating role within engineering, maintenance, or hospitality.
• Experience with project-based work and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and the ability to apply them efficiently in daily operations.
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
• Technical insight into HVAC systems, electrical systems, IT infrastructure, and mechanics is preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamentu is considered an advantage.
