Koole is a dynamic company consisting of two divisions with different specialism and worldwide projects in the Industrial and Maritime sector, including the complete demolition/dismantling of plants, installations, salvage and dismantling of maritime vessels and objects. Thanks to our pragmatic hands-on mentality, the company has been undergoing substantial growth for years, which is why we are looking for a new colleague

ABOUT THE JOB
From the tender phase onwards, you’ll be directly involved in upcoming projects. Together with the Project Manager, you'll determine the working methods, equipment, and staffing required. Alongside the tender team, you’ll translate this into a detailed work plan and quotation. You have a strong technical understanding and excellent organisational skills!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the client’s main point of contact during the tender phase
Request pricing for use in cost estimations
Prepare quotations
Apply for necessary permits
Develop detailed execution work plans

SKILLS
Practical mindset, sense of responsibility, and dedication
Experience or strong interest in industrial demolition
Excellent communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure

WHAT YOU BRING
A valid VCA certificate
A valid driver’s license (Category B)
