ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager Industrial Cleaning, you are responsible for the successful preparation, coordination, and execution of one or multiple industrial cleaning projects simultaneously. Based from our location in Vijfhuizen, you regularly visit project sites and customers throughout the Netherlands.

You are the link between our customers and the operational teams carrying out the work. One moment you are discussing technical solutions and future opportunities with a client, the next you are on-site supporting your team and ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently. You know how to communicate effectively at every level and can easily switch between strategic discussions with customers and practical coordination with colleagues in the field.

In addition to maintaining relationships with existing customers, you actively identify and pursue new business opportunities. No two days are the same, making this a varied and challenging role with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Manage and oversee the daily execution of industrial cleaning projects (operationally and administratively)
▪ Visit project sites regularly and act as the primary point of contact for customers and operational teams
▪ Prepare work plans, procedures, project documentation, and reports
▪ Lead, coach, and support operational employees on project locations
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
▪ Identify, approach, and develop new customer opportunities
▪ Advise customers on technical solutions and improvements
▪ Evaluate completed projects and implement lessons learned
▪ Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and quality requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

▪ Demonstrable experience in project management, industrial services, or a similar environment
▪ Strong technical understanding and a high level of safety awareness
▪ The ability to communicate effectively with both customers and operational personnel
▪ Commercial awareness and the confidence to develop customer relationships
▪ Strong organizational and leadership skills
▪ A hands-on mentality and team-oriented attitude
▪ Flexibility regarding working hours and project locations
▪ Valid driver's license B (additional driving licences are a plus)
▪ Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a structured manner
▪ Problem-solving skills, creativity, and resilience under pressure
▪ VCA-VOL certification

▪ Fluent in Dutch (English)
