ABOUT THE JOB
As a Project Manager, you are the connecting link between the work floor, clients, and internal teams. You lead multiple foremen on various projects. You ensure everything runs according to schedule, budget, and the highest safety standards. Thanks to your experience, you can identify risks in a timely manner and enable your team to perform at their best

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading multiple foremen across different projects
Ensuring Koole’s high standards in terms of order, cleanliness, and safety
Responsible for one or more projects, depending on their size
Executing work as effectively and efficiently as possible Maintaining contact with clients
Ensuring that project administration is properly maintained and submitted
Actively contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing your experience and expertise

SKILLS
Practical mindset, responsible, and committed
Experience or interest in the industrial or maritime sector
Strong communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure

WHAT YOU BRING
VCA certificate (VCA-VOL)
Possession of a valid Category B driving license
