Day & Night Receptionist

(40h/week)

Location: Catalonia Brussels, avenue du Haut Pont Nª2 1060 Saint Gilles
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts (Day & Night)

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Receptionistto join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a warm welcome and a high-quality experience throughout their stay. This position includes both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and emails
• Provide information and assistance to guests during their stay
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure security and calm atmosphere during night shifts
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Flexible and willing to work day and night shifts, including weekends
• Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Spanish speaking is a +
• Basic computer skills (PMS SAP systems are a plus)
