Through our innovative platform Vidua, we enable secure digital identity verification and paperless document signing.

Every day we issue approximately 500 digital identity wallets through a highly secure onboarding process recognized by the European Union at the highest assurance level. Our users can securely log in, digitally sign contracts and identify themselves online with confidence.

What will you do?

As a Registration Officer, you ensure every customer registration is completed accurately, securely and efficiently.

Before customers can use our services, they complete a secure video identification process. You verify identity documents, confirm customer identities and issue the digital certificates required to access our services safely.

You will also help improve our internal processes while ensuring customer records are maintained accurately and colleagues stay informed of important developments.

Your responsibilities

• Verify identity documents for authenticity.
• Perform secure digital identity verification.
• Guide customers through the registration process.
• Issue digital certificates.
• Process and maintain customer records accurately.
• Detect irregularities and possible fraud.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Who are you?

You are accurate, service-minded and enjoy working in an environment where quality, security and reliability are top priorities.

You also have:

• MBO Level 4 or Bachelor's working and thinking level.
• Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts (until 8:00 PM).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset.
• An interest in technology, digital identity and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
