Your role as Sales & Licensing Support – Approval Administrator

In this role, you will serve as a pivotal link within our organization. You will act as the liaison between our internal design and sales departments and external licensors, spanning across Europe, the United States, and Japan. As a multitasking person, you will oversee administrative tasks and demonstrate proficiency with various computer systems. While we focus on designing apparel and accessories, you will ensure that everything aligns with licensors' guidelines. This challenging position provides you with an opportunity to gain insights into the licensing industry. We are seeking someone who embraces this challenge with enthusiasm.

What will you do?

• Your primary task is to secure approval for our designs from licensors. This involves meticulous record-keeping within our internal system and that of our partners;
• You will collaborate with various brands, categorized into gaming, anime, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors;
• Through system management, emails, and phone calls, you will maintain relationships with international partners;
• You will participate in creative meetings with licensors and will be well-versed in the style guides and rules of each partner, overseeing design approvals;
• You will inspect samples and send them for approval;
• In this capacity, you will be a central figure at Difuzed, working closely with the design, sales, and procurement departments;
• You will coordinate the entire process, from concept approval to production approval.
