About the Role
As an Sales Manager Export, you will implement our sales strategy within the Trade channel across various European countries, including Independent Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, Pure Online, and Omni-channel customers. You'll work with an international Trade Sales team to achieve sales targets and increase our market share.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple departments (Retail, OEM, Supply Chain, Marketing, and more) to ensure an optimal customer experience. Additionally, you’ll regularly visit clients, spending 60-70% of your time traveling across Europe (and occasionally beyond). Reporting directly to the Sales Director Trade, you’ll play a key role in identifying market trends and customer needs.

Your Profile
✔️ A bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in durable consumer goods or home décor.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Proficiency in at least 3 European languages, such as English, German, French, and/or Dutch.
✔️ Flexibility and intercultural skills to thrive in an international environment.
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively.
