The role of Sales Support is an essential part of the commercial “stock” team within our sales department. You support the account managers and are involved in the entire sales process to ensure that our ambitious sales targets are achieved. Affinity with entertainment, gaming and licensed lifestyle brands is a big plus.

What will you do

• Daily contact with (inter)national customers via email and phone
• Processing orders from A to Z – you make sure everything runs smoothly
• Creating sales presentations and other commercial content
• Managing customer data and onboarding new clients
• Keeping pricing and lead-time information up-to-date
• Contributing ideas for smarter processes and improved customer service

Who you are

• An enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
• Go-getter and someone who enjoys turning ideas into action
• Energized by connecting with people and building relationships
• Driven to perform and eager to grow
• MBO/HBO level of thinking and/or working
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English – an additional language is definitely a plus
• Affinity with entertainment, lifestyle, and gaming.
