The challenge

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Apparel Designer with a passion for the latest trends and the drive to get your most beloved designs out there. Do you want to make an impact with your commercial and fun designs? Then this is the place to work!

Your responsibilities

• Creating mood boards and concept presentations
• Designing collections based on licensor requests & customer needs
• Designing graphics and styles for the apparel lines
• Work at a quick pace, structured and well organized, and able to keep overview of ongoing processes
• You are organized, able to prioritize and you are not afraid of deadlines
• Creating technical drawings and stylesheets in Adobe Illustrator
• Comment proto-/pp- and production samples with the suppliers, the sourcing & license department
• Ability to participate in multiple projects while keeping close contact to the license department, suppliers and customers
• Manage PLM workflows, Uploading tech pack, packaging and concepts to PLM

Your profile

• Bachelor Level degree (or equivalent) in Fashion Design or similar
• Experience: 4 years of experience on Apparel Design
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience using PLM systems, useful but non-essential
• Open to 3D Design and digital process
• Good knowledge of fabrics, artwork techniques and garment construction
• Creative with new ideas, with the ability to be innovative within a commercial environment
• A fast and organized designer to cope with the fast pace of the licensed business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in written and spoken English as it is the working language of the business
• High level of attention to detail needed for licensed product
• Experience in the licensing business is a plus
• A strong individual as well as a true team-player
