(Senior) Finance Manager

Prime Vision B.V. is seeking an experienced and strategically strong Senior Finance Manager to elevate our finance team to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that contribute to the growth and continuity of our international organization.

You will lead a professional team, consisting of four colleagues based in the Netherlands and work closely with two colleagues in the United States, act as the key link between finance and the organization, and report directly to the executive board and shareholders.

YOUR JOB

As Senior Finance Manager, you are responsible for financial planning and control, preparing reports and analyses, and ensuring compliance within an international context. You will lead the finance team and ensure efficient and effective financial management. Additionally, you will initiate and lead improvement projects that enhance the quality and automation of financial processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Managing and executing financial planning, preparing cash flow statements, overseeing consolidation, developing budgets, and producing forecasts.
• Delivering and participating in the preparation of monthly reports.
• Analyzing financial results and advising the executive board and management team.
• Leading and coaching the finance team in an international environment.
• Participating in shareholder meetings and acting as the main point of contact for the shareholders’ finance departments.
• Serving as a board member (officer) of the US entity.
• Coordinating internal and external audits and ensuring compliance.
• Initiating and guiding process optimization and financial digitalization.
• Collaborating with international stakeholders, including our office in the US.
• Actively guiding and steering the implementation of our new ERP system, Oracle NetSuite.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A senior professional with a strong combination of strategic insight and hands-on experience. For us, experience and expertise weigh more than age — it’s all about the right skills and mindset.
• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in finance, including several years in a managerial and strategic role.
• Extensive experience with international financial processes, regulations, and compliance.
• Proven experience in process optimization and financial automation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to our US office.
• As the day-to-day communication within the team and with internal stakeholders is largely conducted in Dutch, a good command of the Dutch language (in addition to English) is an essential requirement for this role.
