<h2>Job Description: Technical Specialist</h2>
As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our European customers and ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge imaging systems. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
 <li>Serving as the primary European point-of-contact for WB360 customers on all technical matters, collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional support.</li>
 <li>Organizing and maintaining an adequate inventory of spare parts.</li>
 <li>Planning, installing, and training users on Canfield’s full range of imaging systems, including the WB360 and Clinical Services Study equipment.</li>
 <li>Providing on-site and remote troubleshooting and technical support for all products in the Canfield portfolio.</li>
 <li>Training and supporting Canfield distributors.</li>
 <li>Conducting equipment repairs on-site and at Canfield locations.</li>
 <li>Representing Canfield at congresses and trade shows as a Technical Representative.</li>
 <li>Traveling to the US and other Canfield offices for meetings, training, and additional support.</li>
 <li>Being available for short-notice travel, including weekdays and weekends, as required.</li>
 <li>Participating in office-related activities and contributing to regulatory compliance by completing training for Clinical Services SOPs and Working Instructions.</li>
</ul>
Core Requirements: 
 
 We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
<ul>
 <li>A university degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or related field.</li>
 <li>Fluency in English (written and oral) and at least one other prominent European language.</li>
 <li>Willingness and ability to travel globally without restrictions.</li>
 <li>Up to 75% travel from our office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.</li>
 <li>A passion for emerging technologies, systems, and implementations.</li>
 <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and command-line tools.</li>
 <li>The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
 <li>Advanced photography experience.</li>
 <li>Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.</li>
 <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise information delivery.</li>
 <li>Outstanding interpersonal skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.</li>
 <li>The ability to manage numerous tasks and administrative details in a fast-paced setting.</li>
 <li>Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions.</li>
 <li>Excellent self-motivation and initiative.</li>
