Key Responsibilities

Your Role
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical planning, supply, storage, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods to site. Your role ensures an efficient and effective plan against daily, weekly, annual forecasts and targets, in addition to managing the loading team and intake teams. You will be responsible for monitoring and communicating logistics activities to senior operations and planning teams to align with the business strategy and drive world-class operational performance.
Your Responsibilities

 <li>Stakeholder &amp; Customer Management: Be the main point of contact for all primary and non-primary hauliers.</li>
 <li>Logistics Planning: Work closely with Planning and Commercial teams to manage inbound and outbound logistics, including peak strategy planning.</li>
 <li>Performance Monitoring: Provide concise analysis of plan vs. forecast and report on KPIs such as availability, costs, and service levels.</li>
 <li>Process Improvement: Identify and propose cost-saving projects within the supply chain.</li>
 <li>3PL Management: Lead the coordination and management of 3PL storage and distribution.</li>
 <li>Compliance: Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Brexit/export/import regulations and manage POD tracking and resolution.</li>
 <li>Team Leadership: Set objectives for the team, manage training programs, and drive continuous improvement.</li>
 <li>Operational Efficiency: Improve distribution KPIs, including pallet fill rates, load accuracy, and ASN accuracy.</li>

Doel van de functie 
Als Warehouse Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en nauwkeurige uitvoering van alle warehouse-activiteiten binnen MMF Europe. Je zorgt voor de ontvangst, opslag en orderverzameling van grondstoffen en verpakkingen, evenals voor de verzending van eindproducten. Je stuurt een team van 2 teamleiders en 10 medewerkers aan en draagt bij aan het behalen van doelstellingen op het gebied van veiligheid, service, kwaliteit en kosten.
