Join the PWR Team as an Account (Sales) Manager DACH Region in Ede! The person will be responsible for meeting a sales budget for the region.

PWR, a leading innovator in packaging (robotics) machines, is looking for a motivated Account Manager to spearhead our expansion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) from our vibrant headquarters in Ede.

As our Account Manager for the DACH region, you will:

• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with new and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to inform our strategy and ensure our offerings meet client needs.
• Represent PWR: Be the face of our brand in the DACH region, attending trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to build our presence and reputation.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Dutch, German and English is essential.
• A proven track record in account management, sales of capital equipment, or business development, preferably in the DACH region.
• A natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• You’re self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in taking ownership of your responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the business culture and practices of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
