Assistant Cook

Who are we looking for for this varied and engaging full-time position in Amsterdam?

We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team with experience and enthusiasm. As a cook, you will carry out kitchen duties together with the other kitchen staff. Under the supervision of the head chef and the sous-chef, you will prepare dishes, run mise en place, and contribute to matters such as inventory management, cleaning, HACCP, and processing supplier orders with the support of the kitchen staff. Your input for new menus and recipes is highly appreciated.

And you:

• Have an MBO working and thinking level.
• In addition to a passion for food, knowledge of products and ingredients is appreciated.
• Knowledge of and HACCP regulations.
• A representative appearance.
• You work well in a team.
