Are you a driven professional with a passion for business development and technology? Join our Omnicare team in Rotterdam! In this full-time position as Business Development Omnicare, you will be responsible for increasing the market share of MAN with the service of diesel engines and turbochargers of MAN and other brands. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are successfully completed.
Your role:
As Business Development Omnicare, you will perform a wide range of tasks. Your main responsibilities include:
- Acquire new clients through proactive outreach, nurture key accounts, and secure service contracts and parts sales to boost revenue.
- Develop and implemnt growth strategies to expend market reach and identify new business opportunities.
- Coach Omnicare Regional Managers to achieve targets and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
- Organize regular business reviews with PrimeServ Marine & Power Heads of Regions to track performance and idenity improvements.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships while actively growing the customer base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, and writing business proposals to attract new clients.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs to tailor our services effectively.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and revenue streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally to stay ahead of the competition.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Report on successes and improvement areas to refine stategies and drive ongoing growth.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Experience at senior level with an operational department.
- Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Experience in managing a team, including appraisal, disciplinary, development and 3rd party service level agreements.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable .
- Market knowledge (Marine, Power and Industry).
