Founded in 1978, IA Group is the legal partner in credit insurance, focusing on assisting export credit insurance companies in international trade investigation, conflict resolution, and professional legal consultancy.

IA Group currently operates in Europe, Africa, Latin America, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian countries.

The headquarter of IA Group is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with a staff of approximately 60, mainly foreign specialized lawyers and legal advisers.

Job Description:

At this moment, we are looking for a German Speaking Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate for our European Team at the headquarter.

You will be responsible for:

• Investigating the validity of the credit insurance claim, negotiating and resolving trade conflicts, recovering outstanding claims;
• Cooperating with colleagues and local offices;

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience; Experience in international trade and insurance claims is preferred.
• Fluent in German
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high volume of investigation and recovery cases and complete tasks and reports on time.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Exceptional negotiation skill, report-drafting competencies
• Residence in Amsterdam Area is preferred.
