Voor onze commerciële afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een ambitieuze Commercial Process Officer die analytisch en administratief sterk is. In deze rol ligt de nadruk op het voorbereiden, verwerken en controleren van klantafspraken, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze aansluiting tussen sales en operatie. Je bent dé schakel die ervoor zorgt dat klantafspraken nauwkeurig worden omgezet in operationele processen, zodat orders, kosten en planningen correct en tijdig kunnen worden verwerkt. Je komt te werken in een klein en gedreven team, als onderdeel van een grotere commerciële afdeling. We zijn actief in verschillende segmenten en regio’s, en bedienen gezamenlijk alle klanten.

Voordat je aan de slag gaat, start je in onze eigen Academy, waar je een uitgebreid introductieprogramma volgt. Hier leer je alles over de dynamische wereld van (intermodaal) bulktransport.

In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en controleren van offertes en tenderaanvragen. Daarnaast verwerk je klantafspraken zorgvuldig en zorg je dat deze tijdig en volledig worden doorgezet naar de Customer Service en operatie. Je bewaakt dat de administratieve verwerking van orders en kosten nauwkeurig gebeurt, met oog voor het operationele proces en de klantbeleving. Je analyseert klantverzoeken, stelt voorcalculaties op en controleert deze op volledigheid en haalbaarheid, voordat ze naar de klant worden verstuurd. Je denkt proactief mee over logistieke oplossingen en onderzoekt de meest efficiënte en rendabele vervoersopties. Door je scherpte en procesmatige aanpak draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van onze commerciële dienstverlening en aan een soepele klantreis van offerte tot uitvoering.

In deze functie werk je nauw samen met diverse afdelingen binnen Van den Bosch en ondersteun je samen met je collega’s onze commerciële managers. Je rapporteert direct aan de Sales Operations Manager en krijgt volop de ruimte om te groeien. For our commercial department, we are looking for an ambitious Commercial Process Officer who is analytically and administratively strong. In this role, the emphasis is on preparing, processing and checking customer appointments, ensuring a flawless connection between sales and operations. You are the link that ensures that customer appointments are accurately translated into operational processes, so that orders, costs and schedules can be processed correctly and on time. You will work in a small and driven team, as part of a larger commercial department. We operate in different segments and regions, collectively serving all customers.

Before you start work, you will start in our own Academy, where you will follow an extensive induction programme. Here, you will learn all about the dynamic world of (intermodal) bulk transport.

In your role, you will be responsible for preparing and checking quotations and tender requests. You also process customer appointments carefully and ensure that they are passed on to Customer Service and operations in a timely and complete manner. You ensure that the administrative processing of orders and costs is accurate, with an eye for the operational process and the customer experience. You analyse customer requests, prepare pre-calculations and check them for completeness and feasibility before they are sent to the customer. You think proactively about logistics solutions and investigate the most efficient and cost-effective transport options. Through your sharpness and process-oriented approach, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our commercial services and to a smooth customer journey from quotation to execution.

In this position, you will work closely with various departments within Van den Bosch and support our commercial managers together with your colleagues. You will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and get plenty of room to grow. Your profile:

• Demonstrable higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;
• Strong administrative skills combined with commercial insight;
• Good command of both Dutch and English;
• Analytical mindset and affinity with transport;
