COUNTRY MANAGER

UK & Ireland | Sales | 40 hours | Full-time

Why this role matters

As our new Country Manager UK & Ireland, you help build, grow and lead our B2B business in a key new market. You make sure our brands gain real traction locally through strong commercial strategy, smart partnerships and hands-on leadership. You are not here to step into an established market.

You are there to assure new success and to build and expand our UK & Irelands business.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the B2B strategy for the UK & Ireland locally;
  • Identify new sales channels, partners and growth opportunities;
  • Set sales targets by channel, region and order type;
  • Drive pre-order and in-season performance;
  • Build long-term relationships with key retailers, buying groups and partners;
  • Lead annual negotiations, contracts and performance reviews;
  • Run showroom appointments and product presentations;
  • Own sales forecasting, budgeting and planning;
  • Track market trends, competitors and consumer behavior;
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing local sales team.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in B2B fashion or retail;
  • 5+ years of leadership experience;
  • A strong background in sales strategy, key account management and negotiations;
  • A proven ability to build a market and grow a business;
  • Commercial sharpness, strong communication and a hands-on mindset;
  • Fluent English, with additional European languages as a plus.
