Als Data Solutions Specialist maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het leveren van data-gedreven oplossingen ter ondersteuning van medewerkers, klanten en partners binnen de organisatie. Je werkt met data uit ons centrale datawarehouse en vertaalt deze naar betekenisvolle dashboards, rapportages, inzichten en low-code applicaties die teams helpen slimmer en efficiënter te werken.

In deze rol ligt de focus niet op het bouwen van complexe technische infrastructuren, maar op het functioneel en praktisch toepassen van data: het begrijpen van businessbehoeften, het borgen van betrouwbare en bruikbare data en het vertalen van inzichten naar oplossingen die daadwerkelijk worden gebruikt.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Operations, Finance, Sales, HR en IT en fungeert als schakel tussen data en dagelijkse bedrijfsprocessen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan continue verbetering door teams te helpen steeds meer data-gedreven te werken en comfortabeler te worden in het gebruik van inzichten.

Jouw profiel:

• Afgeronde hbo- of masteropleiding in een relevante richting (bijvoorbeeld data, business analytics, informatiemanagement, engineering of vergelijkbaar);
• Ervaring in een data-gerelateerde rol waarin rapportages, analyses, dashboards of applicaties een centrale rol speelden;
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met het vermogen om inzichten helder uit te leggen aan businessgebruikers;
• Affiniteit met datatools, rapportageplatformen en low-code oplossingen;
• Comfortabel in de samenwerking met stakeholders uit verschillende afdelingen;
• Proactief, nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om continu te leren en te verbeteren.

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. data, business analytics, information management, engineering, or similar);
• Experience in a data-focused role where reporting, analysis, dashboards, or applications played a central role
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to explain insights clearly to business users
• Affinity with data tools, reporting platforms, and low-code solutions
• Comfortable working with stakeholders from different departments
• Proactive, curious, and eager to continuously learn and improve
