Are you a marketing communication leader passionate about redefining the consumer engagement experience for a Direct to Business (DTC) business? Then you might be interested in the following As a DTC Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute an impactful marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity, drive both online and offline traffic, and enhance customer engagement and conversion. You’ll work with an ambitious team of 9 specialists across Omni & digital performance marketing, CRM, and loyalty.
Your role will be crucial in shaping a data-driven, customer-centric approach to DTC communication and delivering measurable results in a competitive lifestyle landscape.
JUST THE JOB
• Develop and implement seasonal B2C brand and product communication stories that resonate with customers across digital, Omni, and CRM channels.
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated seasonal calendars and DTC communication strategies across all DTC relevant customer touchpoints.
• Optimize content creation processes to ensure consistency, alignment, and high-quality outcomes to deliver DTC brand and business ambitions.
• Manage all digital and Omni channels, including performance marketing, email & loyalty programs, affiliates, SEO strategies and physical retail activations.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to optimize digital marketing activities and drive maximum ROAS through advanced media mix modeling and marketing attribution.
• Oversee the team’s performance KPIs, ensuring growth in loyalty members, customer lifetime value (CLV), email opt-ins, and organic traffic.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for CDP (Customer Data Platform) and marketing automation initiatives.
• Maintain a ‘test & learn’ culture, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure resources are allocated to maximize performance and impact.
• Foster collaboration across functions, ensuring seamless execution on the shop floor with retail, visual merchandising, and e-commerce teams.
THE TEAM
You will lead a dedicated DTC Marketing team of 9 specialists, each with expertise in CRM, email marketing, performance marketing, SEO and DTC marketeers. Together, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, E-commerce, and Visual Merchandising, to achieve business goals and deliver a superior customer experience. You will be part of the DTC management team and support to achievement of the DTC P&L
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in digital and / or DTC marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Proven expertise in CRM strategies, digital content creation, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in managing budgets to achieve high ROAS.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and feed management tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing trends, and consumer behavior.
