Are you an analytical professional who can quickly turn product and sales data into clear reporting? For a four-month freelance assignment, we are looking for a Product Data Analyst to support our Product Data & Control Manager and Product Merchandising team.

JUST THE JOB

As Freelance Product Data Analyst, you prepare and analyse the data that supports assortment, pricing and product-performance decisions.
Your main responsibilities:

• Analyse sales, assortment, option and SKU performance;
  
• Prepare reports on product performance, sell-through and option efficiency;
  
• Highlight relevant trends, risks, opportunities and data anomalies;
  
• Build and maintain templates for seasonal planning, pre-buy preparation and post-season reviews;
  
• Extract, clean and structure data from ERP, PLM, Qlik and similar systems;
  
• Perform data-quality checks to ensure accurate and consistent reporting;
  
• Support market research and competitor benchmarking;
  
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate routine analysis and reporting;
  
• Work closely with the Product Data & Control Manager and Product Merchandising team;
  
• You work independently within a clear brief and escalate data issues or capacity risks when required.

JUST YOU

You bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience;
  
• One to three years of experience in data analysis, reporting or analytical support;
  
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and Power Query;
  
• Experience with BI or merchandise-planning tools, such as Qlik Sense or similar;
  
• Confidence working with AI-assisted analysis and reporting tools;
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  
• Professional fluency in English;
  
• Experience within retail or fashion and familiarity with ERP, PLM, PIM or B2B ordering platforms are advantages.
