Steak Club Leidse is looking for a Grill Chef!

We are a New York-inspired Steak Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Amsterdam near Leidseplein. With our delicious menu featuring the best dry-aged meats—such as perfectly grilled Tomahawk steak, côte de boeuf, and juicy burgers—our focus is on delivering an outstanding culinary experience. As a Grill Chef, you’ll play a key role in preparing these exceptional dishes for our guests.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Grilling and preparing high-quality meats to perfection;
• Ensuring the mise-en-place is ready for service;
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP);
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

What do you bring to the table?

• Proven experience with grilling techniques and a passion for working with high-quality meats;
• A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills;
• Familiarity with HACCP principles (a Social Hygiene certificate is a plus);
• The ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Employment Details:

• Part-time hours: 24-38 per week
• Schedule: Evening and day shifts, including holidays

Requirements:

• Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Certification: HACCP certificate (preferred), Social Hygiene (preferred)
