We’re hiring: Head of Product Merchandising 

At Just Brands, our products sit at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Head of Product Merchandising to lead our Product Merchandising function and shape assortments that meet consumer needs, drive performance, and support our long-term brand strategy.
This is a senior leadership role within the Product organization, with end-to-end responsibility for product lifecycle management, assortment planning, performance analysis, and team leadership.

Your role

As Head of Product Merchandising, you will:

• Lead the Product Merchandising team, including Product Merchandisers and Product Data Control (CR & sustainability data)
  
• Own the full product lifecycle, from development through to sales, ensuring strong market fit and commercial performance
  
• Drive product assortment planning, balancing market trends, customer needs, margin targets, and sustainability goals
  
• Lead market and performance analysis, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for future seasons
  
• Oversee end-of-season analysis and present key learnings to senior stakeholders
  
• Build deep understanding of country and B2B customer requirements, ensuring assortments meet diverse market needs
  
• Ensure strong alignment between design, development, marketing, sales, and production
  
• Oversee product data accuracy, integrity, and reporting across the product organization
  
• Establish and maintain year planning, intake margin control, and structured reporting to support development and buying
  
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team, with strong focus on development and capability building

• Extensive experience in product merchandising within the fashion industry
  
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in complex, cross-functional environments
  
• Strong expertise in assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and performance analysis
  
• Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and commercial drivers
  
• Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear strategic direction
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
