Why this role matters

This is where people partnership builds bridges. As our Human Resources Business Partner, you help make sure leaders and teams in HQ and Retail get the support, direction and challenge they need to perform, grow and move with the business. Across HQ, Retail and new European markets, you help turn people strategy into practical action. The HR-Team builds bridges between people and strategy to drive sustainable growth, attracts and retains talent, safeguards the Just Brands culture and creates the conditions where performance, culture and future readiness thrive. You are not here to just manage policies.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with leaders across HQ and Retail to support people initiatives aligned with business goals;
  
• Play an active role in organizational growth, change initiatives and workforce planning;
  
• Lead and support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including performance, talent, engagement and employee relations;
  
• Help develop scalable HR practices as we expand into new European markets;
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related topics;
  
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and L&D to create a strong and consistent employee experience;
  
• Coach and support Junior HR Business Partners working with our Retail organization.

What you bring

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  
• Experience in retail, consumer goods or a similar people-driven industry;
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset;
  
• The ability to work across different populations, from HQ to Retail;
  
• A strong interest in learning, growth and international collaboration;
  
• Fluent English, with Dutch highly desirable;
  
• Other European languages are a plus.
