Vacature ICT Support Engineer

For our company we are looking for a ICT Support Engineer for giving support to our people who are using Microsoft Windows Desktop computers and several types of back-end Servers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Communication Technology Support Engineer located in Leiderdorp. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support on Microsoft Windows Computers, troubleshooting simple IT issues such as printing problems but also more complex problems such as ensuring security.

Qualifications

• Knowledge on Microsoft Windows 10/11 systems
• Preferebly knowledge on Virtual machines
• Preferebly knowledge on File servers and Virtual Machines (Windows / Linux)
• Excellent IT supporting, problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields
• Network Design and Network Security skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Requirements

• Knowledge on Microsoft Windows.
• Good communicative skills, good knowledge of English language
• A completed education MBO ICT or equivalent.
• Lives in a radius of 20km form Leiderdorp.
• Hours to be determined, 32-40 hour per week
