We are a New York-inspired Steak Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Amsterdam, near Leidseplein. With our mouth-watering menu (featuring the finest dry-aged meats like perfectly grilled Tomahawk steaks, côte de boeuf, or our juicy burgers), signature cocktails, our art deco interior, and a vibrant metropolitan atmosphere, we aim to offer our guests the ultimate dining experience. As the evening progresses, you'll notice the DJ turning up the volume and picking up the pace, so guests can dance late into the night. The only thing missing here is you as our independent line cook!

What will your responsibilities be?

• Preparing mise-en-place
• Cooking and plating dishes
• Assisting with related kitchen duties

What do you bring to the table?

• A passion for cooking
• A team-player attitude, with the ability to work independently in the kitchen
• Knowledge of HACCP principles, with a Social Hygiene certificate being a plus
• Good command of either Dutch or English
• The ability to handle stress effectively

Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24-38 per week

Salary: €13.67 - €17.00 per hour, negotiable.
