Who we are:Trimm is an innovative design and engineering agency specializing in luxury yacht building. Since our establishment in 2008, our energetic team has grown to over 50 creative professionals across various departments.

What we do:In our interior department, we bring the vision of interior architects to life for our clients. From clear layout drawings to detailed production drawings, including cutting and order lists and CNC data, we handle it all. This is done in dynamic teams of 2 to 10 colleagues.

What you will do:To begin with, we will introduce you to the world of luxury yacht building and, if necessary, familiarize you with the software we use, such as AutoCAD, TopSolid Wood, PaletteCAD, or Siemens NX. After that, we will pair you with an experienced colleague, and you will participate in one of our ongoing projects. During breaks, you can take a walk with your colleagues, play a game of darts or table tennis, or simply relax in the break room.

If you see yourself as an experienced engineer and are familiar with one of the software packages mentioned above, we would also like to invite you for a cup of coffee and get to know you. As an experienced engineer, you can start directly on one of our current projects.

Who we are looking for: A real go-getter with experience or a strong affinity for the (yacht) building or furniture/fine woodworking industry. You are already proficient in the Office suite.

We offer:

• A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
• A salary between €2,400 and €3,800 gross per month, depending on your experience (full-time, 40 hours per week).
