Why this role matters

This is where product development meets real commercial impact. As our Junior Developer Bottoms PME, you help make sure our bottoms collections are developed in line with the brand, the planning and the margin targets. You support the process from first idea to final product, and help turn good concepts into strong, wearable pieces that belong in the collection. You are not here to just follow the process.

You help make sure our bottoms development gets stronger with every season.

What you’ll do

• Support the development and buying of commercial bottoms collections for PME;
  
• Help make sure products are aligned with style, planning and margin strategies;
  
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers throughout the development process;
  
• Support fit, quality and product execution from concept to delivery;
  
• Help keep timelines, details and product information on track;
  
• Contribute to a smooth and well-organized development process.

What you bring

• A relevant education in fashion, textiles, product development or a related field;
  
• Experience or internship experience in product development, buying or a similar area is a plus;
  
• A strong eye for detail and a practical mindset;
  
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with different teams;
  
• A strong interest in menswear, product and commercial development;
  
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a plus, depending on the team setup.
